The Acharya NR College of Nursing believes that the Undergraduate Programme Nursing is of paramount importance for the nurses, as it enables them to become exemplary citizens by adhering to the code of ethics and professional conduct at all times in fulfilling personal, social and professional obligations and responding to national aspirations. The B.Sc in Nursing is a 4 year programme, Affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS). This institution believes that the practice of nursing is based upon application of basic concepts and principles derived from the physical, biological, and behavioral sciences, medicine and nursing. This Undergraduate Programme is based on values of caring and aims to help individuals to attain independence in self care. It helps the candidates develop compassion and understanding of human behavior. It encourages the practitioners to provide care with respect, dignity and protect the rights of individuals and groups. Program Overview

  • Duration : 4 years
  • Eligibility : Pass in PUC / 10+2 / ‘A’ Level from any Board or Council with 45% aggregate marks in (Physics, Chemistry and Biology). Must have completed 17 years of age by 31st December of the year of admission.
  • Affiliations: Affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS), Approved by Government of Karnataka, Recognised by Karnataka State Nursing Council (KSNC) and Indian Nursing Council (INC).
